What the astro costs
By the hour, indoors, whatever the weather is doing. Off-peak is the cheapest time to train.

Prices are per hour and start from the figures above. Get in touch for block bookings, a regular weekly slot, or anything outside these hours.

The studio gym and the treatment room sit alongside the astro, and both have a page of their own.
Studio Gym
A room of your own rather than a corner of somebody else’s. Exclusive hire from £15 an hour for coaches, PTs and instructors, and two new classes starting in October.
Treatment room
A proper room rather than a screened-off corner, and it comes equipped. Home to HP Massage and Matt Firth Physio, who take their own bookings direct — and available to other therapists and healthcare professionals.
